Mayor and Mayoress of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield attended our 50th Anniversary Moon Landing Celebration at Sutton Coldfield library on Saturday 20th July 2019. 50 years ago on this day, Apollo 11’s mission was completed as Neil Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the moon!
We had a great day of celebratory fun at Leamington Spa Library in the morning followed by Sutton Coldfield Library in the afternoon where our Little Speakers did their final keynote speeches. They did us all proud!
